What types of Tanium Training courses are available?
Tanium offers a number of instructor-led training courses ranging from installation/configuration usage and best practices, and advanced topics. A full list of training offerings is available at https://www.Tanium.com/training.
New classes will also be added as they are developed.
Instructor-led training classes are typically offered either onsite at your location or remotely through virtual classrooms. If needed, Tanium can arrange instructor-led training at an off-site location for an additional cost.
All delivery options provide valuable knowledge through live instruction and reinforce what is taught with hands-on labs throughout the class. Tanium provides the lab environment.
Who can I contact to receive more information about Tanium Training classes or training scheduling?

Does Tanium Training purchase have an expiry date?
Tanium training typically has a 90-day expiration from date of purchase. Tanium adheres to a ‘Use it or Lose it’ policy, which means Tanium is not required to provide the training after 90 days. Please contact your Tanium Sales representative for more information if you are unsure of your training expiry date or have questions regarding scheduling training.
Do you offer a publicly available training class?
Tanium also offers regularly scheduled public classes free of charge to our Partners, Federal, and Commercial customers on a first-come, first-serve basis. These classes are available to our customers even after the 90-day purchase window; however, seats are limited to 1-3 per customer per class. Some classes are offered remotely via video conference with a live instructor.

I signed up for training but have not received a validation email.
Our automated emails from the Learning Management System can sometimes end up in Spam / Junk email folders, so be sure to check there. If the emails are being blocked, try whitelisting firstname.lastname@example.org.

I registered for Tanium training and have a seat in an upcoming session. Where are my class materials?
After you have registered for a Tanium training session, you can access your lab guides through Tanium’s Learning Management System at https://Learn.Tanium.com. After logging in, click on the “My Courses” link. Locate your desired training course, and select View. In the training course details, select the Resources link. Your lab guides will be accessible from there.
